Welcome to the Stammtisch by Yannick Germain.

In Alsace, a Stammtisch is a large table where regulars get together over a meal or a drink to chat and have fun.

Chef Yannick Germain wanted to revisit the traditional Stammtisch and offer his customers, alongside his gastronomic table, a second establishment that was more relaxed, more uninhibited, more affordable too, a warm and friendly place dedicated to gourmets where all the talent of this starred chef can be found.

At the Stammtisch, you’ll enjoy traditional cuisine with a twist, such as the now-famous lobster couscous, low-tide fish soup or smoked spaghetti with Iberian pig.

Capacity is 16 people, and the table is automatically reserved for 12 or more guests at no extra cost. If you have a particular desire for a specific dish for the whole table, don’t hesitate to let us know.
